All around nice guy.

I hired Steven to aid me in the purchase of my business, he did a wonderful job making sure all of the bases were covered. Steven Russell is an excellent attorney. Several years ago we had a medical issue with a family member who had a severe physical condition however would not see a doctor for evaluation and treatment. I approached Steven Russell for assistance. Steven was extremely knowledgeable and assertive in assisting our family in all phases of the guardianship process. This was a very difficult case. The family member was refusing to see a doctor for many years. With Steven’s assistance we were able to show the court that the family member was a threat to herself due to an underlying mental illness that was preventing her from comprehending the nature and degree of the physical threat that was present to her at that time. We were able to attain guardianship - conservatorship of the family member through the courts which allowed us to get both physical and mental diagnosis and treatment for her over and above her will. The family member received both mental and physical help which improved her life by orders of magnitude. Steven’s actions may have saved her life in addition to improving the quality of her life and that of those around her.

Steven has a substantial background in business and financial matters - and it shows. He has consitently provided effective counsel to our buisness over the years. He also takes care of our personal matters (real estate, wills and the like ) with great care. I'm so glad that he's on board with me.
