Ann is the best at what she does. She understands the law she knows how to apply it and she works diligently to protect the assets of her clients. As a former anchor at CNBC I interviewed many financial planners and attorneys and other experts in estate planning. Ann has to be among the best. She has taken care of estate work for me and my wife and our family and we remain thoroughly happy. We have had to update over time and she is always accessible, affable and eager to help. The first time I met Ann-Margaret Carrozza, an elder care lawyer, was in 2006. As the executrix of my parent's Last Will and Testament, I accompanied then to the law offices of Ann-Margaret to be part of the process. This would be the first meeting of many, through the years 2006-2017, for the purposes of updating their Will and preparing an Estate Plan for them. Each and every time, I was impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and warmth that Ann-Margaret possessed. My mother passed away in 2019 and my father passed away this past year. What impressed me most about this meeting was before we got into the business part, Ann-Margaret asked me about the last couple of months of my father's life and all that he went through. Her sincere concern and compassion was so heartwarming, I knew immediately that this is a person that really cares about people and her clients! I know that I can reach out to her at any time with questions or seeking her advice. Ann-Margaret Carrozza, Esq. did an extraordinary job putting together our wills, Power of Attorney documents and family trust. Not only was the paperwork done carefully and correctly but she also spent the time to ensure we understood what we needed to do everything correctly. We never felt rushed or that she was watching her time. She promised us a flat fee for everything and despite some complications she never asked for a penny more. When she promised to do check-ups with us to ensure that as our situation changed the documents would still be accurate and effective, she meant it. So many Baby Boomers like myself, I am dealing with aged Mother and the financial strain to support her. I turned to the Law Office of Ann-Margaret Carrozza and her excellent staff to help me through the myriad rules and regulations on Medicaid and protecting the modest assets that my mother had accumulated. Yes, it is true you can try doing this yourself, but that would be very ill-advised and more expensive. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the attorneys at The Law Offices of Ann-Margaret Carrozza for several times over the last five years. He came to them after doing a search for elder-care lawyers in our area. My husband had a consultation with Ann-Margaret to review his elderly mother’s situation and needs, and then retained the firm for all the legal work—a power of attorney, will, health care proxy, and estate planning services. This past autumn, we retained them for all the same services for ourselves. We’ve worked with Debra Kruper and Maureen Wynne throughout this period. They are exceptionally professional, thorough, and generous with time and advice. That would be sufficient reason to retain this woman-owned law firm, but they also possess a rare quality of empathy and generosity of spirit. Whenever a home visit was necessary to get papers signed, they came to Mom’s or our home. If we needed an extra witness, they provided one. Whenever we had a question, or needed help sorting out a thorny situation, they were always available by phone or email or in person. The small fee my husband paid for the initial consultation (which was deducted in full from all the legal work we did) was a big and valuable investment in Mom’s security and in our own. We’ve been extremely happy with their services over the last five years. I know that we have done well by the next generation of our family by retaining lawyers who are not just really good at their jobs and fierce, committed defenders of our interests, but are also good, honest people with generous hearts and compassion (as well as street smarts). If I could give them a million stars, I would.

Ann Margaret has been extremely helpful over the years and last week was just another example as I had some questions regarding a trust and she answered them very thoroughly and spent time on a conference call.
