Lack of communication and responsiveness
“In dealing with management of my building about problematic neighbors, Mrs. Cherrick stated that all should could do was send a letter. She did send the letters to management but the problem was her complete lack of communication during and after the fact.”

Blames mistakes on others
“I think this Lawyer needs to go back to school. He's very unprofessional. He needs to learn some customer service skills. He's a joke!!!! He blames his mistakes on his secretary and the secretary blames him. Then to top it off he blamed his mistake on the city of new York. Unbelievable!!!!”
