In simple words I was blocked by them after they replied to my comment and now I can’t reply to their comment or post new comments on my original account. It is incumbent upon me to clarify that the essence of this discourse transcends the mere monetary aspect, delving into the disconcerting realm of Mr. Kim's manipulative machinations, which cast me as an unsuspecting victim within the confines of my own psyche. Allow me to unveil the chronicle that unfolded as follows: In response to a cordial summons to their hallowed premises, I stood poised to receive a substantial sum of $15,000, duly acknowledging a commensurate fee of 33% payable to the esteemed law firm—an arrangement to which I gave my assent, albeit without being apprised of the additional $250 charge for copies or the $750 litigation fee, a trifling matter which, for now, I shall dismiss with nonchalance. However, the narrative takes an intriguing twist when, out of the blue, Mr. Kim, bedecked with an opulent Hublot timepiece adorning his dexterous wrist, nonchalantly divulged the existence of a towering $2,000 clinic fee. It bears mentioning that I had previously engaged in discourse with the medical facility, securing their acquiescence to forgo said exorbitant levy. When I boldly apprised Mr. Kim of this fact, he displayed a willingness to engage in a conference call with the clinic, wherein the veracity of our conversation would be affirmed. Swift as a coursing river, he grasped his communication device and initiated the call, eschewing the customary courtesies of a salutation, choosing instead to inform them, without preamble, "I explicitly informed Kevin of the aforementioned $2,000 fee, duly subtracted from his impending remuneration." The ensuing response from the clinic exuded a tint of perplexity, yet, astonishingly, they succumbed to the ruse devised by the artful Mr. Kim. Let it be known that the purpose of this review extends beyond the confines of a paltry $2,000, an amount of trifling consequence to a mature adult seeking to amass wealth. Rather, my noble aim rests in the realm of unreserved honesty, seeking to update this testimonial with the utmost integrity. Furthermore, I remain embroiled in another legal matter with this esteemed law firm, harboring a glimmer of hope that its resolution shall surpass the unfortunate circumstances of its predecessor.

I was graciously presented with a settlement check amounting to a substantial sum of $15,000, intended to assuage the afflictions I endured as a result of personal injury. Alas, the unfortunate turn of events unfolded, as an individual of questionable character proceeded to inappropriately seize a significant fraction of the settlement, amounting to a staggering $5,000. Adding further insult to injury, they audaciously imposed an arbitrary charge of an additional $2,000, clandestinely obliterating the veracity of the paper receipts, deceitfully asserting its association with medical services. Regrettably, this Machiavellian scheme left me with a paltry sum of $7,000, significantly diminished from the intended restitution for my personal ordeal. I find myself, in this unfortunate tale, positioned as an unsuspecting victim, subjected to an egregious act of manipulation. While the absolute value of $2,000 may not overtly raise eyebrows within elite social circles, my utmost concern lies in the potential ramifications on my esteemed insurance portfolio. This patent imbalance in treatment strikes a discordant note, unjustly encroaching upon my refined sensibilities. Thus, I am compelled to voice my discontent, demanding the rectification that befits my lofty standing.

In my case, since I was staying abroad, I received phone coaching from Attorney Kim & Cha from the first issue of temporary permanent residency. Actually at the lawyer's office where I first requested it, the paperwork process did not start until after 5 months. And after 5 months of requesting my case again to Kim & Cha, a temporary permanent residence permit was issued. From re-entry to emigration to New york city during the pandemic, all courses were guided by phone, email and mail. And after receiving an extension letter for 18 months and another 24 months due to the delay in the immigration office, I was spending time waiting for news to come. But I suddenly received an approval last week. Marriage immigration was different from the regular case because of the truth, so we expected an interview, but it ended pretty easily. I would like to express my gratitude to Attorney Cha and his assistant Ms.Krystal for helping me on this long journey. Thank you again.
