Highly recommend their legal service. Attorney Cha and Vicky made the process of applying & obtaining for permanent residency smooth and extremely quick. Attorney Cha spends enough time consulting and explaining the process fully & clearly while Vicky is attentive and quick to respond. I greatly appreciate the team for processing everything in timely manner. I would love to seek their legal service again in the future.

저는 차현구 변호사님께 제 영주권과 15년 후 저희 엄마 초청건 2번의 일을 밭겼습니다. 일단 결론은 무척 능력있고 일 잘하신다 !!!입니다. 제 경우에는 직접 저한테 맞는 방법을 찾아주셔서 취업비자 거치지 않고 영주권을 받게 도와 주셔서 정말 많은 도움을 받았는데요 이후 저희 어머니 초청 할때는 다른 가족이 다른 변호사님(이름은 밝히지 않겠지만 광고 많이 하는 변호사님인데 실력은 형편없고 무책임 하기까지 합니다..) 에게 일 맡겨 2년간은 못받고 고생하다 이번에 제가 전 케이스 취소하고 차현구 변호사님에게 케이스 맡겼는데 8개월만에 어머님이 영주권 카드를 받았습니다.(지난 2년간의 시간이 너무 안타깝고 제가 차현구 변호사님 추천했는데 말 안듣고 광고많이 하는 그 변호사님께 일 맡긴 가족이 원망스럽더군요..ㅜㅜ) 그 과정에서 복잡한 일 많았지만 차현구 변호사님이 워낙 아는게 많으시고 일처리나 결정도 잘해주셔서 맘 편하게 믿으며 일 처리 했습니다. 정말 이민쪽에서는 이런 능력있는 변호사님 없으신듯요...정말 강추!!합니다.

I can’t believe I have found Lawyer Cha. This has been an incredible experience so far, with a result of me and my son getting our green card! The team is extremely supportive, where I could call for any questions and they would respond thoroughly.
The process of applying to green card can be tough, but with this support, I was able to get my anxiety off the chest. Thank you so much and I highly recommend:)

10/10. You can’t get any better legal service than this. Helps you to be on top of your case and provides you with all the information and knowledge to move forward. They helped me achieve my Green Card in a little over 3 years within the pandemic, some delays and obstacles included already. Highly recommended and worth it.

I am grateful to Attorney Cha and Vicky for helping me with my employment-based Green Card. They are very responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
