My father helped me find this law firm and made an appointment giving me only 20 min to get to the place, i was late by 10 minutes but they were patient and the staff were wonderful not to mention friendly! I had an issue with reapplying for my perm residents card wich resulted in a ref. the lawyer mr.cha was more then helpful, he asked me to get the paper works together, and he wrote the letter for me along with mailing the letter from the office and told me not to worry everything is going to be fine. a week later my card came way too fast only took a week yes only a week!o.o! But while i was waiting i read the negative reviews online which made me worry even more, kept telling my self believe in my lawer which im glad i did. For those of you who received a request for evidence letter and were looking for or was hesitant to go because of online reviews, i hope this message motivates you to go to them and find this message helpful.

Garbage lawyer didn't even solve and problem. Some one sued my company and I gave the case to lawyer Thomas Kim. Guess what? My bank got marshal order to hold. I asked laywer thomas kim what he did. He didn't do anything. He doesn't even know marshal taking money in a few week which is holding in my account. He did nothing maybe I believe he didn't even make a phone call. Plz find different lawyer. Like some one said he is garbage.

Had a tenant issue that S&C resolved. Professional and caring, and great communication -- kept me in the loop on all significant items. Highly recommend.
