My wife and I realized that establishing our Wills was an overdue task. We contacted several local attorneys and were surprised that many did not even respond! Anne Letterio replied promptly and cheerfully answered our questions about the process and the cost. Her knowledge and advice gave us guidance on what can be a stressful undertaking! At her office, everything was well-organized, clearly explained and handled pleasantly with a minimum of fuss. ACCURACY, COMMUNICATION, and the ability to make it happen when against the clock(raising rates) I just closed on my local house. Jordan was the final person in the process that my realtor, Joshua Papka referred me too. I will forever call my team, my knights in shining armor. I would have given up and rented for the rest of my life had these amazing professionals not been on my squad. I am no lawyer (dream job!) but I’m in a contract based industry and spend a lot of time on details. Jordan a his team were amazing. The legal piece was the only recommendation I was nervous about. Obviously, if I’m paying him I’m his client but did it make sense to use my realtor’s recommendation and not someone I knew already. It became obvious very quickly that I made the right decision, Jordan and his team’s attention to detail is unmatched. I needed someone who cared about the details and they caught everything I needed them to. There was a moment where the sale paused and that’s when I knew Jordan was exactly who was supposed to be in this battle with me. It felt like he had been my lawyer for 25 years and not 25 days. He chatted through my options, got angry when I was, stayed calm when I was and facilitated the fastest closing ever. This was my first closing but my friends all had nightmare stories. We got it done, in a blizzard so quick I could not believe that was the part my friends hated. To me it meant they took the time to prepare themselves and me for the closing so we didn’t have to waste time. My goal is to never buy a house again but Jordan will be a part of that process if I do. Hopefully I never move to another state because I will have to pay for Jordan to practice in that state. I have been in the Mortgage Industry since 2004 and I can honestly say that Jordan is the best NY Attorney I have worked with in my career. Him and his team Logan are on top of everything. Super responsive- effecient and quick. I would recommend them to anyone looking to Purchase or Refinance a home.

From the first conversation I had with Anne I felt like I found an attorney that I could trust to do what they say they will. And my gut was right. We hired Jordan to represent us in a real estate matter. When things got complication, he asked us to consult with other attorneys for their opinion. I tried to speak to him by phone and his paralegals consistently say he’s not available. He only communicates via email. He acquiesced to other party on every issue and refused to push back on things that mattered to us.
