Not sure where to begin. I trusted this firm at first and felt confident they were the right place to handle a fairly simple /strait forward matter. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, only to be completely taken. Even the JUDGE questioned why I was being charged SO much money for this matter. (Which is ON RECORD) I have repeatedly tried to discuss my billing for even (2 years after my case was settled) and no one has the decency to speak with me directly. I was charged nearly $72,000 for a ‘simple matter’ . Stay away. There are better people out there to help you. Sad, because I truly Liked their paralegal and thought I was in good hands.

Their team took on an impossible situation and performed what i considered a miracle, on day one. Protecting the safety of my children and then going above and beyond to get best possible outcome for my family and I.

I am extremely thankful for having received the best representation from my attorney Kristen D. Farris for a temporary order of protection case against my soon to be ex-husband. Everything went so smooth with her amazing expertise and professionalism. In the court, she took charge right away and everything was just so well. I was so relieved! The outcome of the case was perfect and the case settled without any issues. I had no chance to stress! Finally, the office staff was so friendly and the communication, which was mostly through e-mail, was perfect. I am looking forward to working with Kristen with the next steps of getting a divorce. Horrific law firm. Run away and use someone else or stay in your loveless and worthless marriage rather than using this company. A simple uncontested divorce is left in your hands to manage and negotiate. Constantly have to call them for updates. Leave messages and they never call you back. They charge you for calling out their grammatical errors on documents or when they are making other mistakes you identify. They give you a timeline for completing something then berate you when you’re following up with them after they have missed that timeline by weeks, not just days. Refuses to keep opposing counsel apprised of status. The excuse is that there is always some other case’s pressing issue so it’s more important then you. They sell you a bill of goods about a team to offset the assignment of legal costs. There is no reason an uncontested divorce should cost someone over a year of their life and $20K. Shame on them as a company.
