John is very polite and knowledgeable. My circumstance involved and out of state issue. Although he was not license in the state I needed he offered his help to locate an attorney that could help me.

He was wonderful and compassionate. He answered my question regarding a very serious legal matter that has been bothering me for years. He came up with the answer to my question in 5 minutes while it took me 7 hours of research the night before. Mr. Mitchell was so kind and generous with his knowledge that he brought a certain peace over me. He was extremely patient with me. John Mitchell is a great listener and can diagnose the legal issue,and make understandable to the lay person. . He is very experienced, and highly knowledgeable. He then goes on to run the traps and explain clearly the strategy that needs to be implemented. He guided us in a 2255 and refined the application, specified timelines that needed to be met to be in compliance. He has kept me abreast of the progress of the appeal and checked in to see if I was aware. He is also compassionate. He has helped me feel that we are not alone in the process.
