Traverse 2023 Repurchase I had this brand new leased vehicle with the AWD not working, it gave me messages and completely stopped working in one of the snows last winter 2024, besides other problems that the vehicle had. I dont remember how, but 'Thanks God' i got to Mr Krukas and Team, and he guided me on every step with the best advice, was always accessible, the case was settled, with the manufacturer repurchasing the vehicle, and repaying most of the money. Eugene and his partners were very nice and answered all my questions and never once was rude and testy especially since I had never done this before. He always answered my calls. My husband and I had the car for 2 weeks when the brake booster broke as we were driving down the road. We were able to drive it home and then up to the dealer. They told us that it would be about a month before they got the part. They gave us a rental and we actually had to wait 5weeks before we got it back. We still had to make 2months payments on it. I would rate him 10 if there was 10 star,he is so good,lot of patience very clearly passes the message needed,gives us the options we have with the car manufacturer. Luckily I found him on google search and I didn't even read his reviews just contacted him and office was on the case by me just signing a paper and office staff is good too with lot of patience,immediate follow up.Mr.Krukas himself calls us to update with the case and there wasn't one incident that he didn't answer my call,if he didn't he would call you back in less than 2 hours.
