We have a 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan that was brought back to VW several times with an undiagnosed issue. Although the issue was fixed after a years worth of bringing the car back for service, it left us without a car for numerous days without any concern from VW. Mr. Krukas worked efficiently to make sure we were compensated appropriately for our time and would highly recommend his office!

I purchased a 2020 GMC Canyon Denali which ended up being a lemon. Over 50 days in the shop and it will most likely have to go back in again soon. Going back and forth with GM was pointless after a while. I found Eugene and he was able to negotiate a great settlement and FAST too! My Range Rover had been in for repair on 2-3 occasions spanning a period of over 1 month in which I didn't have use of my car. Mr. Krukas was able to to negotiate compensation for non use of my vehicle of $6,000.00 which was done in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend his services.

Eugene showed us that he is very up-to-date not only on lemon law, but on warranty law also. We had an issue with our RV and he was able to negotiate a satisfactory settlement for us. He was ultra professional, up front with his advice, very understanding of our situation, responsive to our questions and so courteous in all of his communications. Great service. Got a full refund for a 2019 Chevy Silverado that had service lights that continued to come on. General Motors will drag things out and refuse to make things right. Get a lawyer as soon as you qualify for the lemon law. Don't even bother trying to work with GM without one. You will get no where. Very satisfied with Eugene and the service he provided.

It was a Pleasure dealing with Eugene Krukas and his team for my lemon law case, they truly went above and beyond. My 2020 Range Rover Sport had an issue with the sunroof and my truck was in the service department for more then 30 days, The end result after settling with Land Rover was truly amazing, I couldn't believe the amount he got for me at first.
