Ms. Gunkel was delightedly referred to us by a friend of ours. How fortunate it was to have her set up all that was needed to be done when our final days come to being. We have property in Florida and she suggested us to get a lawyer there since they are more familiar with their laws. We did and then met with her.She was pleased with the paper work we brought and made us at ease that it was done correctly. She, patiently and clearly,explained any and many many of our questions. Now, all that's left , is to finally tell our kids and give them copies of all our papers. I'm an attorney myself but when i had property issues with a town in Long Island that were beyond my expertise, I found Harold and he was worth every penny. He was able to get one of the charges dropped and the other settled for a fraction of what the town was looking for and I was facing hefty fines. He kept me informed every step of the way and had a plan for whatever the town threw at him. Linda his assistant is also a gem to deal with. I highly recommend Harold and his office for any real estate and or property issues you may have.

Don’t use this guy he’s extremely expensive and not trustworthy. Not a good lawyer at all. Do yourself a huge favor and go to someone else.
