They don’t like to answer their phone. They also say they will call you back and never do their communication it horrible, to save you and anyone else looking into using them just find someone else the stress and hassle is not worth it at all!

Don’t use them they cost us thousands and the close of our property. Terrible communication with all parties and lack of integrity.

made an appt 2 weeks ago for will, power of attorney. Went to the Binghamton office listed and they moved to Vestal. Didn't mention that when I called. When I called to make sure I could still come, she told me that they don't participate with this legal plan. I said you did 2 weeks ago! She said my mistake, no apology.

Would love to give 0 stars but I can’t. Worst attorney I’ve ever used. Actually laughable. Poor communication from the start, and an overall disorganized firm. Spend a few extra hundred, and get a better attorney.

If I could give more than 5 I would, awesome service, right outta the gate. I've called around to multiple offices and these guys are second to none. The intake is a breeze and price is on point, no need to go elsewhere. These are the guys!

Had the worst time dealing with my father's estate. Didn't return phone calls. This office didn't fully close out my dead father's estate. Until the court got in touch with me. Then it took months to file simple paperwork. It was the worst experience I've ever had especially with my father passing.

Communication doesn’t appear to be within their ability - used their office to close on a property with my fiancé recently and it has been like pulling teeth trying to get some information along the way. The actual work seems to be done well, enough so that I was going to forego leaving a bad review, until they dropped the ball this last time. Was told that paperwork I needed was in the office and when I responded asking if someone would be there if we made it by 4:15 (they close at 430, but it being Friday I specifically asked because I know how the end of a work week can be) - I was given a “yup” in response. After leaving work early and rushing over we made it by 4:05 to an empty office. No email or phone call saying that they’d be leaving early after telling me they would be there. That’s just disrespecting someone’s time, and that’s unacceptable. Edited: I’m still displeased with their inability to communicate along the way, but the work was done well and that deserves something. I will be using someone else in the future regardless though, you should be able to keep your client informed along the way.
