They are alright. At first I was happy with everything with my paralegal Georgina once they got to the stages of getting my money they switched me to another lady named Melissa who isn’t as good as Georgina she doesn’t respond immediately has NOT UPDATED ME AT ALLLLLL it’s been over a year since my case and they were supposed to get my money already and still not a peep. It’s very frustrating going from good customer service/ support to none at alll. It’s been a good 90 days since they said they were going to get my check in ten days then another 10 days for them to cut my check. It’s been well past that
