Atty patch very slow at responding and handling real estate deals

I used their services for selling my home. The paralegal overpaid the seller’s agent, and was unapologetic about the mistake. If I hadn’t noticed the error, I would have lost a significant amount of money.

I have never in my life have felt more ripped off by an attorney. When I first presented my situation to Joel Patch, he said whatever to take my case. I had said that I had an attorney for $600, but the buyers wanted to close sooner. Never gave me any idea of the cost that I would have incurred, which was over double. The time frame took much longer than what was said could be accomplished. Sue Hunt said she could have done them herself in less time frame. Instead, your law firm dragged their feet at a ridiculous cost.

They are knowledgeable and intelligent

Francesca Spinelli was fantastic throughout my family court process. How often I had my little panic attacks and every time she made sure to show compassion while also telling it how it is. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and she took care of the whole thing. Hopefully I won't have to go back in the future but if I ever do have to I hope I get her. 🙂

Unethical bottom of the barrel group of attorneys and partners. This firm has represented slime balls clients for instance Uri Koenig & Efraim Steif. Defend dirt bags that pocketed 37 million in Medicaid. Ruined so many lives and hurt the already vulnerable population. Shame on this firm but you don’t care the Medicaid funds paid you to lie and protect criminals. This firm even TRIED to defend Uri Koenig & Efrain Steif substandard “care facility “ The Northeast Center for rehabilitation & Brain injury against the Labor Board for retaliating against employees in the most horrendous ways just because the employer may have supported the idea of a union. Which the employers won. Good always over comes! This law firm has bullied my family by claiming we were irrelevant to our loved one and calling our stillborn child a dead fetus and gruesome looking by partner Linda B Johnson. Just recently I was in court with Harvey Mervis and his mini and all they wanted was money trying to keep my father captive in an abusive facility owned by their thieving business pals Uri Koenig & Efrain Steif. How that go for you blood suckers ? Didn’t get away with it this time! This firm should be sued for its conduct and should also be lumped into the scummy clients they represent. You earned this 1 star Hinman Howard & Kattell . This firm deserves heat and negative media like the guilty destructive clients they defend themselves

This Law Firms Partner Linda B Johnson had the gross audacity to make false claims that my father in laws grand children and his daughter are are irrelevant. She had also gone as far to to say our stillborn child was just a dead fetus and that the only photo's we have of out son she called our son gruesome looking and unhealing. Howard and Kattell you are a disgusting Law Firm. you should be sued for you ethics and conduct. For you information our child was not a dead fetus he has a death certificate with a licensing number. I would love to see your firm stand by your grotesque partner's statement infront of Boston Children's Hospital, Brigham's woman's hospital, Albany NICU, Albany Med maternity unit, Angel's name association, NILMDTS and Doctor Benjamin Warf who is highly respected not just USA wide but world wide who worked closely with the loss of our son. A man who has more worth than your entire Lawfirm people put together. You represent crooks Uri Koenig, and Efraim Steif who have stolen 37 million in medicaid fraud and ruin peoples lives. The way Ms.Johnson spoke about our deceased son only confirms how your law firms ethics match the Northeast Center for rehabilitation for having no value on human life just value for profits. This firm is representing a guardianship hearing by sending partner Harvey Mervis who practices for financial gain not human services. pure evil and disgusting every single person that works for such a low standard of moral ethic law firm. We hired Hinman Howard and Katell to do a home sale for us in August. It was a cash sale, and was to take 30 days. As we neared the end of the 30 day period we made multiple calls to get a closing date or any information. No one would return our calls. Finally on October 31st we were told they needed to extend because the paralegal was on vacation and no one did anything while she was gone. Ok, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued the process. We called on thanksgiving, nothing, and they were angry we wanted updates. This should have been a sign but we continued.. finally a closing date in February… 1 day before the closing the buyer backed out. Then we waited weeks for the deposit to be returned only to be told today that nope no money coming to you we are keeping it for the abstract. We are beyond upset with these so called professionals who because of their inaction and incompetence wasted our time, and lost us a sale. Beware and stay clear of this practice.

Paid in full for an LLC.$1800( did not receive a black box , minutes nor business seal which I learned is standard with this expense ) To be formed . Chris Roma “handled” my case : paying in full upfront , I would not recommend . Horrible communication. Downright does not respond to my emails or calls . I have yet to receive verification that my LLC ( supposedly finalized in 2021) was indeed published and is an active formed LLC . He failed to have my commercial lease signed over into my LLC’s name ( I was operating under my personal name instead of the lease being reassigned to my LLC ) . And then took my landlords on as a client meanwhile my work with him was never finished nor finalized . Sounds like conflict of interest .he insists it is not . ( he was able to respond to that email ) Tomorrow I am going to contact the higher ups of the office if there is anyone above Roma . Today makes over one year I have attempted correspondence with their office I will edit this post to include actual emails that have yet to be responded to. I have requested verification of my publication multiple times November 2022 was my last request until today . He will also not respond to other reaching out on my behalf . Edit: I spoke with his assistant on the phone this morning I should have the publication in my email by today I will wait post later when this is fulfilled 1/24/2024

I worked with Partner Chris Roma a year ago to aid in the start up of my company. He was great at first. However, for the past few months, I have tried contacting him with questions about the contracts he wrote with no response. I've called numerous times, left multiple messages, and sent emails with no response. The secretary who eventually answered my call was rude and dismissive. We've taken our business elsewhere.
