Got wrongfully arrested during visitation with my child the day before Thanksgiving and held hostage all day (later confirmed in court) and havent seen my son since. Whole county filled with a bunch corrupt Nazis. Wheres the woman that almost killed my 4 month child though?

I don't understand the system. The current DA was my sons paid lawyer and my son got the book thrown at him pretty much. Yet a 69 yr old man pleads guilty to in appropriate touching of a minor and gets slap on the wrist. And not the 1st time. Just proves the person with he deeper pockets comes out ahead again. BS!!!

this place sucks. I email and leave a message every day for a week regarding an outstanding ticket I’m trying to resolve, the DA is never at her desk, never responding to emails or voicemails. Same goes for traffic diversion program. I call and leave messages at various hours through the day, nothing in response. Do you want my money, or not?

Extremely hard to contact, have not once been able to reach anyone from the traffic ticket division.

My family member was struck on the Wesr side of Binghamton back in April of this year. We are still waiting for the Da to bring charges. Our family has been through a great ordeal. To be honest the criminals are running the show. Victims are not treated well at all. We lost all hope in the system. Where is this "justice" they talk so much about? We know he'll get a slap on the wrist, just like he did before. I look at the system so differently now. You don't realize until it impacts uou personally. I'm sorry but in my opinion as it stands now I feel very sorry for any future crime victims. GOOD LUCK!

I'm a whistleblower that was threatened with imprisonment by DA Stephen Cornwell. He tried to have me extradited from California to New York when I became public about witnessing organized crime in the area and after pursuing charges against me for the person I was whistleblowing against, he received $5,000 in campaign contributions from the same guy that I witnessed in organized crime. Now I see he has a litany of charges against him for larceny, theft, falsifying and destroying records. Cornwell accepted money to use his position as District Attorney against whistleblowers of crime. No one has contacted me to alert me to the charges against him. No one has contacted me about his illegal actions as District Attorney in Broome County against me. No one has contacted me about why DA Cornwell would accept 5k as a District Attorney after pursuing charges against me for the guy. These actions that Cornwell and Broome County have taken against me are illegal, they are criminal. I hope every Federal and State agency investigates and charges Broome County with massive criminal corruption charges.

Got a ticket two months ago and instantly got approved with the traffic diversion program. Submitted my course completion and got a email a month later saying I never submitted anything and that this is my final warning or court. I’ve tried reaching them multiple times and no one has gotten back to me!! Why make this program of the people are too incompetent to do their jobs?

So i have dealt with these guys for 2 tickets. The first one got resolved. It did take a few months going through responses. But was handled. The second ticket took almost a year (11 months). I had to correspond several times to get the attorny at the time to respond. I got my waiver sent the signed copy to the attorney in march. No response. In april sent a confirmation email. Again no response. Several months later recieved a notice to appear. Emailed the attorny, he has left the office. Called left my email and phone number twice. Called again talked to the receptionist left her with my name and phone number again. Called again and FINALLY got to talk to some one and now its too late and i have to go to court. The issue apart from my aforementioned complaints is that there is literally nowhere else to go. There are no other options and now i have to try my luck in court. I was not 1000% on top of it and now im paying the price. Learn from my mistakes. I am not mad im just disappointed in the fact that i had jumped through all these hoops and the reward is not having anything resolved at the end of the day.
