Very helpful and professional

Megan Fallon was my attorney for SSD. From the beginning of my case, Megan knew my case was going to be very difficult, if not impossible, due to some negative factors that I faced. I have terminal cancer with 6-12 months to live and a 35 yr work history. You would think it would be easy right? No, far from it. Since 2017, I've been battling stage 3 and stage 4- terminal cancer. I have no work history from around 2015 to present. I didn’t have enough work credits to qualify for SSD, given the time that is allotted. If my entire work history was to be considered, I’d definitely qualify for SSD. Megan told me from the start that she didn't think I would qualify for SSD, I lacked the credits that are required. Megan created an open door, when there was no door to begin with. She spent a lot of time on my case, and spent many, many hours on the phone, keeping me updated and reviewing new information and answering the 30 or so questions that I had. She was also very patient when it comes to things that I didn’t understand, she is great that way. Megan stands on her own, her wealth of knowledge and interest for her clients and the law are amazing ! Megan is gifted in strategic thinking. She knows her way around obstacles, no matter the size.
