Inconsistent communication and responsiveness
“I think for a law firm that people say is very good they lack on communication I had to call all the time they don't provide enough info because they say I don't or we are waiting for compensation or this one or that one so we can go ahead with the case the other problem is I left msg on their voice mail and I don't get a phone call back is very frustrating to deal with a firm like this.”

Unprofessional behavior by some staff members
“I wish I could give negative stars, Greg Caggiano is the most unprofessional lawyer on the planet! Poor Amanda who was nothing, but professional had to hear this man berate me on speaker phone while My 15 year old child heard the entire thing.”
