Wendy represented me through my divorce. I can not say enough good things about her. I had switched to Wendy after retaining another lawyer and am soo glad I did. Was not comfortable how the other lawyer was handling my case and what he was telling me which was basically "You're screwed, you're going to lose everything and this is how much you're going to pay, you got my check?"" Wendy was a light in a time of darkness in my life. She is genuine, honest very easy to talk to and just a good person. She is always available to answer any questions/concerns. Wendy came up with creative solutions to every issue that arose and made me feel completely at ease. She was able to negotiate a very fair and favorable settlement without having to go to court .I can not begin to thank Wendy enough, I would recommend her to ANYONE going through such the difficult and trying ordeal that divorce is.

Wendy was highly recommended to me and she was absolutely terrific, very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. She was very fair regarding her fees and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for every phone call, text or email. But what's really important is that she was always looking out for my best interests and her recommendations were always thoughtful and on point. I hope I never have to go through a situation like this again but if I do, I know the first person I'm going to call.

Wendy Hamberger made the process smooth from beginning to end. She was very easy to work with, reliable, professional and prompt in returning my calls (sometimes after hours). She made it very convenient for me in every way since I recently moved out of state. She also went above and beyond her duties saving me time and money since she sent me the documents and provided additional information and helpful tips. I highly recommend Wendy. You cannot beat the price for the services rendered and extras all inclusive at a very affordable price.

I was in a situation where I had plans to marry the woman of my dreams. Just before the wedding date arrived, I was informed that my ex had NOT completed the divorce she had initially started. Living out of state, I found out about Wendy's legal services and presented my situation with her. She was more than polite. She listened to my story. She competently explained my options and potential outcomes. She stayed in contact with me without fail. Day or night, even on weekends. She assisted me greatly in negotiating with my ex. Made sure our paperwork was completed correctly. She then quickly presented my completed application to the court. And responded efficiently when my divorce was finalized..................Mind you, all of this was completed without us NEVER HAVING MET beyond a phone call. Most people may have obvious reasons to be biased in their opinion of an attorney. I personally stand by my assessment of my very high level of satisfaction in the legal services of Wendy Hamberger. Because of her, I have one less major hurdle to jump over in this life.
