Susan is a true professional not only because she knows her craft, but because she uses her knowledge to find creative and cost effective solutions and was an excellent negotiator. Additionally, many clients complain about fees they have to pay their attorneys - I don’t regret a single dollar I paid to Susan - she saved us a tremendous amount in what could have been excessive legal and accounting costs by doing her job quickly and efficiently, rather than by running up billable hours. I will gladly use Susan again if/when the need arises and will recommend her without reservation.

I needed help in transferring my Trust from Virginia to New York. My husband had passed soon after I moved back to N.Y. and needed changes in my Trust. I was so happy I chose Susan to help me take care of my needs. I found her to be caring and understanding, and her fees were reasonable. I also requested my co-op apt. be put in the Trust. Susan took the initial steps, and advised me I could finish the transfer as a cost savings to me. I received no fee from her. Just a smile and congratulations.. Susan updated my will, living will, health care proxy, power of attorney In a efficient and thorough manner. She is knowledgeable, patient and a pleasure to work with . I would not hesitate to use her again if needed for other legal advice. Highly recommend her !

We recently used Susan for the preparation of Estate Planning documents which we had ignored for years. From the initial meeting through completion of all documents Susan was excellent to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional while at the same time very down to earth, practical and pragmatic.
