AFTER THE FIRST DENIAL BY A S.S. JUDGE, THEY BELIEVED I WAS STILL ENTITLED TO SS BENEFITS, SO THEY WENT A STEP FURTHER TO THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT AND WON; UPON WHICH MY CASE WAS REMANDED BACK TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE FOR A SECOND LOOK; AFTER THE SECOND HEARING I WAS GRANTED SSI BENEFITS.
