I would like to say thank you to Daniel Berger for everything he and his team as done for me. I believe in my heart he has worked hard on my case and did everything in his power to make sure I got my disability. It’s been journey and to everyone that needs a very good lawyer for disability Daniel Berger is THE ONE pls give him a chance to work on your case I promise you he’ll do his best and his team to work with you. Son excelente tenía tiempo peleando un caso y agarre unos abogado x y cuando fuimos con en juez ellos nunca me hablaron y ni se preocuparon por nada pero me recomendaron esto abogado y desde el 1 día Naomi Meléndez me trato con mucho amor busco todos mi récord médico y incluso mi primera audiencia con ellos y el juez yo no podía hablar porque en una de mi cirugía me dañaron las cuerda vocales y ellos lograron que la audiencia fuera por teléfono y ganaron para mi. Lo recomiendo 💯 son amoroso y profesionales primero Dios con ellos pueden ganar.

The Law Offices of Daniel Berger has the nicest staff, they are very professional. I went to see them in late June 2022, when I needed help with filing a SS Disability Claim. They listened, asked their questions and made the experience and the process a smooth one. I especially liked that the lines of communication were always open, they responded promptly to any/all calls or emails. My disability claims did end having to go to an appeal process, which again was handled smoothly by the staff at the Law Offices of Daniel Berger. Fortunately my appeal process was approved in August 2023. I strongly recommend going to see them if you ever need any help with your Social Security issues. A big THANK YOU to the Law Offices of Daniel Berger, and their employees, especially to Vanessa Garcia, who I frequently communicated with.
