I got into a car accident while driving, which resulted in two injuries re: my left shoulder and lower back. I was referred to Mr. McCarthy’s office, and was efficiently guided through the medical steps and legal process from beginning to end. Kevin’s paralegal collected and handled the paperwork, and the office never left me guessing as to where the case stood at any time. I highly recommend their office if you are ever in an unfortunate situation that causes an injury. It was easy to trust Kevin and his paralegal, Ayesha, and I greatly appreciate all of the hard work that was put into my case. I received a settlement which clearly reflected that they pushed for the best result for me.

The worst!!! Very unprofessional, Ayesha was so nice at first but boy did that change. Her attitude I let go and thought maybe she was having a bad day, it turned out to be a bad year. And the lawyer McCarthy he was just lazy and never wanted to answer any questions.

I Had a car accident in January 2023 and a good friend of mine recommended McMahon and Mcarthy and, I met the secretary & assistant Ayesha -whose very thorough and polite and walked me through the steps of the law suit- then I met Mr. McCarthy who is very knowledgeable and direct no hidden agenda or gimmicks and I felt they are honest and straight shooters- resolved my case today December 20 -2023. I must say I will recommend them any day of the week - I don’t know about other business in this field but, as far as McMahon & Mcarthy I am beyond pleased with the results- highly recommend.
