I have used Mr. Hecht for closings on 4 separate occassions over the years as well as for lease reviews and business matters. He is extremely conscientious and trustworthy. He also is not afraid to tell the other party "I don't care if it's in the standard contract form" if he thinks something is unfair to his client.
