Thank god I had Colon & Villaplana LLP Law Firm at my closing when purchasing my home on September 18 2020. The seller/bank was very nasty and unprofessional but Patricia from Colon & Villaplana LLP open her mouth and put them in their place!!! It’s good to have strong lawyers behind you, too many scams going on and this law firm will protect you at all necessary cause!! I had closings in the past where I had weak lawyers, lay down their sword and surrendered!! Because of that, deals went sour and I didn’t get the property. Trust me when I say Colon & Villaplana LLP don’t play!! 😆 You guys want a good lawyer that is going to protect you and make you feel comfortable, I strongly and definitely recommend Colon & Villaplana LLP!!! Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed!!
