Received a ridiculous speeding ticket while driving in up state NY. As someone who lives out of state, I didn't even know how to read the ticket (it didn't even have a cost on it or a particular charge-- it said something about an accident which didn't occur). Benjamin Goldman Law Offices helped me out a lot. I got the ticket right before COVID and the pandemic hit (early January 2020). Although it took until April 2021 for the NY court to schedule a hearing and get this figured out, Benjamin Goldman only charged me once for handling the case and kept me updated over several months. They were able to get the ticket reduced to a parking ticket-- no points on license and nothing to show my insurance. Forever grateful for all their help and insight on this tricky situation.

Horrible communication... still waiting on a phone call weeks later ... since she has been paid things have not been resolved and i am being igonored ..... Very unprofessional....i had a video call with the Judge and Wendy was in her car driving to another case as the preceding was going on instead of concentrating on my case..... unprepared for in court precedings and tardy
