I have worked with Kyle on & off for several years. He has a wonderful relationship with his clients. He is a trusted adviser to each of them (all of which are doing amazing things) and is unfailingly responsive to their needs. For corporate law/venture capital matters, especially for organizations with a social enterprise facet, there is no one better than Kyle Westaway.

We hired Kyle to help re structure a partnership agreement for an llc. There were several nuances to our situation that required some creative problem solving and Kyle helped us navigate them and settle on terms that worked really well for us. Would absolutely use him again in the future.

I hired Kyle to write a contract for a freelance job I was doing. Not only did he respond immediately, but the contract included what I’d asked for as well as additional clauses that I wasn’t aware I’d needed.
