“I have been waiting on a call from these ppl for a month now. I went into the establishment explaining my issue they took my nub and never returned my call. I call several time left messages with someone and still nothing.”

Unprofessional and dismissive behavior from some staff members
“The lady who answers the phone needs a attitude adjustment for one she takes for ever to answer the phone then yet alone has the only attitude and always seems bothered Maybe someone should remind her that it is her job to do what she does and she should do it proudly after all she is getting paid!! Do better!!”

Snowden seemed like she was really here to help me as I was the victim and she was empathetic to my situation but as time passed, I became less sure i wouldn't get any answers to what was happening and why things kept getting worse and worse for me. I don't know what was said or done behind the scenes. She had her colleagues fill in for her twice. To say I was unhappy with the outcome is an understatement. I had all the evidence on my side but somehow it wasn't enough.”
