Personally, would not hire for following reasons: - individual is a defender of known criminals who devastate our society. - who can take this atty. Seriously, is she a devoted attorney or seeking a career in the entertainment business?

Mr. Shimko is an excellent attorney who I have worked with for over 2 years. He has worked for me personally drawing up agreements, he is the Secretary for the company I own and he has done consulting work for it. His work ethic is above reproach, he is prompt with his solutions and explains things throughly.

Mr Shimko is an excellent lawyer. He is well versed in many different aspects of the law, does a lot of research to make sure he covers all angles of the matter he is handling for you, and has years of experience working in the courthouse system. For over five years he has counseled me on a variety of issues, including helping me with the formation of my LLC; he expertly drafted and filed all the papers and walked me through the entire process with ease. Mr Shimko then helped my friend form his company. He also does some work helping out the board of my mother’s company. He is honest and thoughtful as a person, and a knowledgeable lawyer that knows just what to do in every situation.

Another lawyer referred me to Daniel, we didn't know each other before working on my case. I had a problem with a neighbor respecting my property's easement rights in Brooklyn. (Daniel was comfortable taking the case even though it was not his primary practice focus, and so was I after speaking.) He handled the case methodically and promptly. Just as important to me was his willingness to spend the time to hear my concerns and answer my questions - not being a lawyer myself, many questions were not founded in the law but in the emotion of the dispute. Finally, when there were follow up questions - a year later and on two different occasions - Daniel got on the phone, addressed them thoughtfully, referring back to a document if necessary, and didn't bill the time. Working together we had a professional relationship, his objective was to serve my legal needs and his doing so went beyond "the clock" Oh yeah, he won.
