David and his team of lawyers are the real deal. Through their combined efforts, we were able to get over half a million dollars of total debt discharged despite our relatively high income from multiple sources. Forget those debt negotiation companies. If you can get over the artificial stigma ofbankruptcy, what you should pursue is a fresh start. The first thing David will tell you is to never rush into a bankruptcy petition. His team will guide you through the steps you need to take to construct the six-month look back period prior to filing the petition for a successful Chapter 7 case. He is always available via email and Zoom meetings upon request. Be wary of other lawyers who advertise legal fees of $1500 and under. The last thing you want is to turn your Chapter 7 case into a Chapter 13 due to lack of good counseling, guidance, or diligence. David’s law firm does charge a little bit more than those other firms, but his team will stick with you to the end and never simply give up. And if you can get all of your unsecured debts fully discharged, the legal fees are worth every last penny.

My case is different and yours is different. My experience working with lawyers is extensive past 20 years. This was my first time filing personal BK. I interviewed several lawyers same time I interviewed David. I immediately recognize David for being a no bs type lawyer who knows the law and not interested in anything but. He also knows the cost for his services and in this review I can admit he is super competitive. In advance he explained where additional charges can happen during my case and becouse I actually got challenged by a creditor his prediction came true however, his team never took advantage of situation, I paid the determined fee ( what he predicted) and his staff worked the opposition like a pack of pit bulls and resolved the matter. In addition his team went above beyond with out charging me additional fees and entered hearings to seek resolution.
