Attacked took place June 8 2015 in Centre Street court house and attacked August 2015 in Riker's Island by correction officers and he was hospitalized after the attack of August 2015. Leventhal was hired in September 2015 to file the claim for the severe attack on August 2015 which he did not file the claim for that attack either. He sent a letter on October of 2016 saying he could not represent. We was never notified of this shocking unprofessional decision. He took a year to tell us this in writing but we were communicating with him all the time. Never said a word. Even brought documents to his office.

Jason did a very good job with my case EVEN THOUGH I feel my case could have went further then it went but I appreciate what Jason did for me and my sister. I have incidents like this doesn't have happen more often and maybe things can change. Thank You me and my sister appreciate your time and effort.
