Criminal Case Lawyer, Mr. Robert Gershon, represented me for my criminal case. He was the best on time, punctuate, precised, skilled lawyer I ever seen. He, personally gets involves with his clients case whole heartedly. This was my first time ever hiring an attorney to help me out of a rough situation and he did. Mr. Gershon, is educated in the law. He is very,very, verbally articulated as well. Well I can say he was honest and gave me a great fee for services. After being scam by an around the corner lawyer who kept taking $3,500. Just for showing up at court and dismissing case on child support several times. Finally Robert Gershon took over and was so kind to understand my situation and helped me get out of the court instantly. Although I had to wind up paying $375 a month in child support for a child whom I gave my all too and adopted. Because he wanted to be a wise guy and today in turn he is continuing his drug habits and taking all his gets in subsidy and child support within two week diminishing it. Its been a huge burden on us to have to support him monthly. But he did wind up finally getting me out of court after how I mention other lawyer kept me from 6/15 to August 2016. I hope I never encounter a situation like this nightmare again. But if I would I will definitely use Robert Gershon again...Thanks for the honesty and help! By the way sorry for the latest I meant to post in September but have been so overhelmed battling my illness.

He is my father's lawyer my dad always says he's good he helped me out on a lot of issues including major divorce case he's beyond good he's (GRREATTT) he knows the law and understands the clients business he knows what makes the client successful and he understands the client preferred form of communication .

TERRIBLE SERVICE WHEN HIRED AS LAWYER. TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDN'T DO JOB. NOW GOING THRU ARBITRATION TO GET MY MONEY BACK. HE CHARGED ME 300 DOLLARS IN FEES FOR JUST EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS THAT WERE NOT PRODUCTIVE TO MY CASE AT ALL. I WAS GOING THRU IT EMOTIONALLY FROM LOOSING MY CHILD UNFAIRLY AFTER FOLLOWING HIS LEGAL INSTRUCTIONS AND WHILE MY MOM WAS SICK WITH CANCER AND THIS LAWYER DIDN'T FEEL ANY SYMPATHY BUT INSTEAD LIKE A SHARK ATTACK HE MANIPULATED THE SUGGESTION TO DRAG THINGS OUT TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY. NEVER NOT ONCE ACTUALLY PRESENTING ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS SENT TO HIM AS PROOF AT HAND TO JUDGE BUT ACTUALLY ASKING ME TO SPEAK WHEN WE WENT BEFORE THE JUDGE. HE TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT ME EVEN SIGNING ANYTHING FOR WHAT IT WOULD BE USED FOR. I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT THE LEGAL SYSTEM OR HOW IT WORK CAUSE I HAD NEVER FOUND NEED PRIOR TO THIS TO RETAIN LEGAL ASSISTANCE. I EXPLAINED THIS ALL TO HIM AND WAS TRULY UNDER THE IMPRESSION HE WOULD FIGHT FOR ME . HE HAD A FULL AMOUNT OF 7500 SENT TO HIM. AND IN CONCLUSION AFTER ONLY STANDING BEFORE A JOB TO REPRESENT ME ONE TIME HE FILED FOR MOTION TO REMOVE HIM SELF FROM CASE AND ONLY GIVE ME 2000 BACK IF I STAYED SHUT ABOUT WHAT HE HAD DONE. I DISAGREED. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN RESOLVE MY CASE. I HAD NO MORE FUNDS TO RETAIN A NEW LAWYER AFTER GIVING MY ALL TO HIM. THIS IS A BAD LAWYER TO CHOOSE. HE IS ONLY TRYING TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE AND DO AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. HE DO NOT PERSONALIZE HIS CASES AND FEEL NO TRUE EMPATHY FOR WHAT IS TAKING PLACE. DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR LIFE OR MONEY. I ALSO LATER FOUND OUT FROM OTHER LEGAL ADVISORY THAT LAWYER CAN PAY FOR REVIEWS. FALSIFYING THERE TRUE WORK ETHIC. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 5 STAR RATING PROFILES.

Rob Gershon is an excellent lawyer with reasonable fees, and has a very useful knowledge of the players in the DAs office and courts. But he is more than that. He is honest, patient, responsive, and willing to explain repeatedly if necessary (if there's something you don't get or have forgotten--the justice system is like that--make sure you ask). He stretches himself to do what is best for the client.
