Unprofessional and useless attorney. Should have retired a long time ago. I do not recommend

Absolutely useless Legal Aid Society scam clown. Absolutely allergic to work, like most of 18B attorneys… do not even think to hire this unprofessional and shameless individual. Stay away!!!

I had previously hired Virginia for a child support case and was surprised by how well organized she was during my case. She clearly cares about her clients and is readily available to answer all your questions. Due to her professionalism, I decided to hire her once again for my divorce because I trust her skill and knowledge. She is still the same sweet woman who is ready to tackle any job. I found Virginia after a lot of research and prayer and hiring her was the best decision I made. I was looking for a pitbull in a skirt to put an end to a decade long custody battle that my ex refused to end but in Virginia I found better. She genuinely listened to my case, communicated promptly and clearly with me and expertly represented me in court. My case was somewhat complicated since I had to move out of state during the proceedings but Virginia handled this hiccup like a champion. Thanks to her brilliant strategy and tenacity I now have my daughter with me and the battle is finally over. I highly recommend hiring Virginia, a phenomenal lawyer and person you can trust.

I was going through the toughest time of my life. Filling for custody of my child, and filing for child support. Having Virginia Geiss as my attorney was the best choice I ever made for myself, and for my child. She was professional at all times, efficient, understanding, and respectful. I was in desperate need of a lawyer, at a reasonable price, to gain custody of my son. Finding one at a reasonable price is often very difficult, and you're always concerned that "you get what you pay for"...not good, if you don't have the means for a high-priced attorney. After much research, I found Virginia Geiss, and I was so glad I did! She was half the price of many of the attorney's I had researched! She was very easy to talk to, and very easy to understand. Often lawyers can get caught up in their "legalese" and communication can be difficult. That was not the case with Virginia. In court, she was sharp, on point, and frankly, won my case with ease! I'm so glad I found Virginia, and she has my highest recommendation!

I have to say that my experience with Virginia was Phenomenal. I am a middle aged man who pays in my opinion, an extraordinary amount in child support for one child who is almost 19. Although I make a decent average middle class salary, I still have bills like the rest of America including a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. From the first time I sat down with Virginia and explained my Situation, I felt a sense of relief and inner strength that from this point on, the courts will hear my plea and know that I have great representation this time around.
