We used the services of The Law Offices of Stanley P. Kupfer, P.C. to help facilitate a refinance. The transaction was a fairly smooth one due to Mr. Kupfer and his staff's constant and diligient communication throughout the process. It is clear that him and his staff are very knowledgeable and experienced in the field and we would not hesitate to recommend his office for any of your transactional real estate (purchases, sales and finance) and commercial leasing needs.

Stanley doesn't mess around and he certainly doesn't get pushed around. He is completely your first and last line of defense, and he goes to bat for you without hesitation. We recently bought a co-op studio and hired Stanley via referral from a realtor friend of our realtor's. He was fairly priced and did not disappoint. We felt more than protected every step of the way. He really looks out for his clients; no matter how much money they're spending, he is going to make sure all his clients get the same consideration and thoroughness. He will answer all your questions, streamline and explain all that legalese so you understand what you're signing and do everything possible to get you to the finish line. He made closing a breeze - thoroughly organized, detailed and prepared! He also has a stellar support team backing him up; so, whenever Stanley is not available, someone is ready to help or make sure you and Stanley get in contact. We're uber glad we had him on our realty team. Not sure what you're waiting for, but stop reading this review and just call Stanley!
