I found this firm from word of mouth and have been using Stanley for the past 8 years for closings and all matters of my small real estate business. He is very well versed in all NY real estate laws regulations and such. He always returns calls and texts. He always gives me all relevant information and is a great council without being a pushy know it all. I have used too many law firms in NYC and none has been better than Stanley Kupfer. He is a gem, and his law-firm is a rare island of honesty and competence in New York's tough market.
