We hired Will Gillen as we were selling our coop in Bay Ridge, and had a wonderful experience with him and his associate, Christina Fratangelo. We interviewed 4 attorney’s and knew right away we wanted to retain Will. He was quick to respond (available by phone, text, email), answered all of our questions, and when we ran into some delays on our buyers side, Will stepped in to make sure we had a smooth closing. Will has been a fantastic resource as we worked through both of our home purchases and subsequent sales. Will is extremely diligent, accomplishes tasks quickly, and is always willing to spend time working through complex topics with me.
