I needed an entertainment lawyer to help me acquire the rights to a book I had written a screenplay about. I was both excited and stressed as this was brand new territory for me and possibly a life-changing event. Adam helped me by drawing up a contract that protected my rights and highlighted only the important parts of the contract, which benefits both sides and should lead to a quicker resolution. He is also assisting me with opening an LLC in the movie's name (the best option) and drawing up a collaboration agreement between me and my co-writer/co-producer.
