Carol the lady who works in the office just called me threatening me calling me cursing me out. She said “Bitch you and your sister are messing with the wrong people” because she thinks i wrote bad reviews…Well it wasn't me do your investigation with that! I never wrote any reviews but NOW you are gonna get one. This is the most unprofessional law firm in the world. After almost being scammed by these people and deciding not to work with them, I am now being harassed! PLEASE Go anywhere else work with anyone else but these people they are horrible they will reel you in and put on a facade to make you believe they care and they are professional but they really dont care they just want money and they are the most unprofessional establishment I have ever came across. Update: The ottley firm has someone calling me threatening to kill me. I have saved all calls and will be going to the authorities. Please if you are a young woman do not come here do not do business with these people protect your safety!

I wasn't going to write a review but after seeing 2 other reviews with my experience, I think it's important to share my feedback. My sister called the law firm and spoke to a certain Carol who promised to give a call back that same day. She seemed very nice on the phone and we believed that she was going to call back . The next day,, I called in behalf of my sister and left a message which remain ignored. The 3 rd day I called again and the lady who picked up told me that Carol will call me back. Did she? You guessed it. She didn't. I left few voice messages as well. The reply to the 2 other reviews stating they come from extortionist is funny because it shows how far in their lies those people will go to hide the truth. If you don't want negative feedbacks, just keep your word and if you can't represent a client just be straight up with it. Don't give us the runaround. On that not, a word to the wise is enough
