After signing documents with the firm it is hard to hear back from them - no response to multiple calls, voice messages, and emails. Attorneys are always away/in vacation/their computer doesn't work or God knows what else. When I asked Yuriy personally to make sure I'll be regularly updated about my case status, at least by returning my calls, he said "Why do you need to know your case's status anyway?"

The settlement took 2 years and in that time I didn’t hear a single word from these attorneys. I came to sign a few documents today for release and they didn’t explain anything to me of what happened with the case or what the documents meant and they left me at the reception area the whole time. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
