Stephen handled a closing on the sale of a house that was in an irrevocable trust. House was located in NY, I was out of state, so this wasn't a simple transaction. Their office was easy to deal with and everything went smoothly.

I retained Mr. Spinelli after I was served with papers by my wife. I had been in a very difficult relationship, and one day I found myself as a defendant in a divorce case, and a criminal defendant in another case after my wife filed bogus charges against me. I was prohibited from seeing my children, my assets were frozen, I was barred from my house, and I had nowhere to go. Enter Mr. Spinelli.
