First time purchasing a coop apartment in NYC is quite stressful. Morgan has been very reliable, organized, efficient and responsive throughout the whole process and that made my buying experience much smoother!

My wife and I just purchased a co-op apartment in Brooklyn and though there was a great deal of bureaucracy, red tape, and legalese that we had to wrap our heads around to make that happen, we could always count on Morgan to simplify, rationalize, and assist us every step of the way.
