Last year I was in serious trouble. So serious that a lifetime of decent living was in jeopardy. My reputation, my job, and my finances were trashed by an aberrational accusation that was not only hard to believe (let alone understand), but nearly impossible to deal with rationally. I needed a good attorney and fast! Sometimes, the combination of 'good' and 'fast' does not work so well, but I was very lucky. Andrew Stoll was recommended to me by a highly reputable organization that I trusted. I retained him to save my 'life'. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Given the situation's high level of stress over a prolonged period of time, I was not the most patient nor the nicest guy with whom to deal. Andrew's calm, confident, and professional demeanor, combined with his deep knowledge of the law, was the perfect match to win the day. He recognized the need areas, strategized intelligently and executed successfully - all the while keeping me informed, answering all my questions and commiserating with my depression. I could not have asked for more. In my opinion, he is excellent at what he does and I highly recommend him.

I'm a professional and have clients of my own to deal with on a regular basis so know a bit about quality client service. After researching and having consultations with other attorneys, it was pretty easy for me to pick Andrew to represent my case. Andrew's treats his clients the way people expect to be treated. He's very responsive, explains the law in a way that's comprehensible, diligent and genuinely takes an interest in your case. Other attorneys I considered just came across as smooth talkers that only wanted my cash. I just had no level of trust with them. With Andrew, I did. When your butt, reputation and career are on the line like mine was you want the best. Andrew not only brings a personal touch, but his knowledge of the law and dedication to his clients is second to none. Don't make the mistake of picking another attorney just because they are more affordable. Like all things in life, you get what you pay for. Not all attorneys will be as great with people as Andrew is and in my case, Andrew's ability to connect with people and be persuasive definitely helped when we were negotiating with DA's office. While I hope I will never need an attorney again, if I do, I’ll go with Andrew.

This lawyer was wonderful. He was always available when I had questions. Always knew what was going on. He made me comfortable even when the case was tilting a little for the defendant. I can't tell you how funny he is. I love his style. He was always very calm and collective, but when it was time, Andrew stood in front of the judge and won my case with all his knowledge and confidence.

I retained Mr. Andrew Stoll for my daughter who was a victim of domestic violence. Her then boyfriend had my daughter arrested 6 times on false charges of harassment. Mr. Stoll had many, many conference calls with me and my daughter explaining the law and what to expect at the next court hearing (s), which made us comfortable knowing what was going to happen next. His expertise, patience, getting subpoena's and getting my daughter a not guilty all 6 times is why I would hire and recommend Mr. Andrew Brian Stoll. Even after my daughter's cases were all closed, Mr. Stoll was kind enough to give us a heads up that my daughter's x boyfriend was harassing the ADA to get my daughter arrested again. Mr. Stoll was about to go on vacation when this occurred and told us what was going on and not to worry because the ADA knew that the x boyfriend was feeding the ADA false information. Mr. Stoll told us, not to hesitate if an issue should occur, he told us that he would call one of his partners to handle it. It is very unsettling when your child is being accused of a crime that she did not do, Mr. Stoll was very understanding of this, and always answered my calls and emails promptly and respectfully.

My name is Andrew B., while I was growing up all I ever did was be harassed and violated physically by the officers of the NYPD. I recall one day which is documented in my criminal history. I went and told my mother that I was assaulted by the police and she was not really educated due to health problems, so she states to me you shouldn’t have your behind in them streets. From that point on I figured that the NYPD can do whatever they want to do. I didn’t know where to go to for help because they say Moms' know best, so if she doesn’t know who am I suppose to go to for help. That was 1991.
I was arrested in 2003 and I was accused of a crime of possession which nothing was recovered. I was choked and maced by NYPD’s finest during my arrest. I spoke to my attorney that I had for the case about what happened to me and that’s when I was introduced to these great attorneys for civil rights violation cases named Andrew Stoll and Leo Glickman. Once I spoke to them I felt a sense of comfort because these were people that let you know that all the things that are done to you aren’t always right and if you feel that your rights are violated you should speak about it.
It’s now 2009 and I am finally awake from being asleep all these years. If I would have never been introduced to these attorneys that are great at what they stand for, I would still think it was alright for me to be stopped and frisked and not feel violated as a man. Leo and Andrew have gave me strength to overcome the fear of being afraid to speak up, because the people that are violating your rights will make you feel like they are not violating your rights as if they are just doing their job or just because they are in a position of power they make you feel hopeless. Andrew and Leo will make you feel the sense of comfortableness; you won’t feel helpless anymore because they are here to help you. They’re only just a call away.
Has anyone violated your civil rights? Stoll, Glickman & Bellina are the attorneys for the job. Don’t wait until it’s too late to speak out! Get HELP!

I had the priveledge of knowing Mr. Stoll when he represented my son in a criminal case. Having worked with other lawyers in the past, I found Mr Stoll to be the best around. He is dligent, hard-working, and professional. He is quite approachable and he takes his times explaining the justice system to you. Each time I called him or his office, he would return my phone call promptly. When seeking advice from him, he truly has your best interest at heart and is not looking to settle. He is willing to fight for you and what is best for you. He is quite knowledgeable and certainly knows his stuff. On several occaisons I observed him call ing the prosecutors out on thier mistakes in the court room. My brother was very fortunate to have Mr. Stoll represent him. If you're looking for a lawyer who will take your case seriously, fight to the best of his ability for you, and knows his stuff, then Andrew Stoll is the way to go. He is the best in Brooklyn.

I have had negative experiences with lawyers in the past and avoid them whenever possible. When I was forced to obtain counsel due to a DUI, Mr. Stoll came highly recommended to me from another lawyer of a different specialty. I consulted a few lawyers just to be safe, and Mr. Stoll was the only one who was forthcoming with his prices and what kind of outcome I could expect. I was very impressed with how attentive Andrew and his team were to my needs; even when unforeseen obstacles came up which any other lawyer in my experience would have charged an extra fee, Mr. Stoll overlooked the extra work and helped me out. At one point in my case there was a foreseen negative outcome developing with a substance abuse analysis that would have cost me extra time and money and forfeiture of my car for several months, but Mr. Stoll and his team put their heads together, reviewed their past cases, and rerouted me in a different direction which didn’t cost me extra and got my car back by the end of the week. In my experience, when you give a lawyer a flat fee and they take your money and they are less eager to produce a positive outcome, so I was very impressed with the lengths Andrew and his team went through to produce a positive result for my case. They never avoided my calls (and in the beginning I called several times a day for updates given my past experiences) and kept me posted on new developments. Finally in the end, when he could have taken more of my money to follow up on the case (which I would have done if he recommended since I have no idea how the process works), he was honest and said that I could handle everything from that point on and it was my option, but not totally necessary, to retain him as my attorney for the rest of the process. I will definitely use Mr. Stoll and his team again should the need arise, and I recommend him to anyone who should need counsel within his expertise.
