I am really disappointed in this lawyer. I used her for my previous 3 transactions, and I guess I just got lucky with the properties. This is why I hired her this 4th time. She got me into a really bad deal. She didn't check the minutes of the board meetings, she didn't recommend me to talk to the building manager or to the super - she just filed the paperwork, showed up at the closing late and made tons of errors during the transaction. It was a horrible experience and now I am stuck with this bad deal that I got because of her not verifying that the building and the apartment are good for me. Never again am I going to use her, and don't recommend her to anyone else.
