I highly recommend working with Mark Bratkovsky and his team. We were first-time home buyers in NYC and Mark helped us through the legal aspects of purchasing a condominium in Brooklyn. Throughout the process, it was clear he is experienced and knowledgeable as he communicated each legal step to us. We didn't know much about real estate, yet he was helpful and patient no matter how small our questions were. It really made a difference having him on our side. Despite the pandemic resulting in delays and virtual communication, our closing took about an hour. I'm sure this can speak to his experience and preparation. Thanks again, Mark.
