You will receive “Russian Service”: they take your money then will act like they doing favor to you ( example: “I will take a look your case when I will get a chance “! Or they set your appointment and you will pay for it, then they will not take you on the time of of appointment by saying they had a meeting or come up with other excuses) They saying nice words before you pay them, once you pay them they do not really care and will come up with all kind of excuses. Be careful! Mark my words: once they will take your money , you not interested for them that much. Just to compare: American Service: you paid/ it will be done ( you don’t need to push no one to do their job).

My name is Samir Patel. I talked to the lawyer with a consultation. They told me useful and important information but I did not want to move forward with the case after a while. They had taken a partial payment of $1000 for a total of $2700 charge. When I talked to someone about getting a refund, they said email the “financial” department and tell them you want to close the case and you will be refunded. I emailed them about 4 times and called several times as well. No answers from anyone other than “I’ll pass along the message”. That was about 2 weeks ago and today they just charged another $1000, even though I have told them I did not want to move forward and wanted to close my case. Is this what you do? No communication until the entire payment is finished and at the end just say we never contacted you? Afterwards you’re going to inform me that you cannot give us a refund since you don’t know who we talked to? Communication is a two way street.

You know when you are in a blighted pickle and interwebs are full of garbage information that you are trying to sort through, you give in and call a law office. Thinking, yeah if they can do it, I'll work with them. Instead... you get front desk... "can’t talk to anyone until you pay 250 consultation fee" No problem, I would pay that IF I knew they could help me. So, I ask, BUT what if I need to see first if they can help? I’m told I can ask her (front desk) a question... ok, I tell her simplified short to the point version... her response was "I'm pretty sure"... I DONT NEEED pretty sure from someone who probably has no legal background. If I paid 250 to every Lawyer I called in EVERY state I LIVED in, I would end up with -$ in my account just for asking if THEY can assist in my dilemma. I don’t need to pay $250 for an hr that isn’t refundable if I only use 2 min of her time, which is $4.16 per min, I’ll pay for 2 min to hear “Yes I can help” or “No, You will need to contact someone else in such and such state”

We got very bad experience with lawyer Vitali Colleen and staff at Marina Shepelsky Law offices.Unprofessional and poor trained staff that provided a lot of mistakes when filing the paperwork.What about lawyer Ms.Colleen is the top of unprofessionalism.She saw client just once until 4 months and during this meeting with client she did not say simple things like ,,Hello “ or ,,Good afternoon “,did not make eyes contact and was not able to ask any questions regarding case that means that lawyer did not read case during 4 months.Ms Colleen is very professional in blaming client during meeting and we want tell everyone- don’t hire this lawyer.All signs bad lawyer-lack of Enthusiasm,ineffective communication and unethical conduct ,disrespectful,not Confident ,rude and not knowledgeable any different culture and religion ,unprofessionalism.Lawyer Ms Colleen is not able to do her professional tasks.Dear potential clients,don’t waste your time and your money with Marina Shepelsky Law offices!!!!!Their goal- get your money and blame you!
