I closed with Irene during the COVID quarantine. She was responsive and efficient. Everything went extremely well under very difficult circumstances. I'm so thankful to have found her. Her office staff was also amazing. I highly recommend!

Irene was very quick, efficient and professional throughout my house purchasing process. She is very knowledgeable and knows what to expect. Steve is also an absolute professional and the office is always available to answer any questions (and the entire staff). Would definitely recommend.

Irene and her staff were helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. It was our first time buying a home and she was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during the walk through, she negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

She even took the time to explain to me page by page about some documents I received from the seller, which by the way it was on her spare time to answer all of my concerns about those documents. Not only did they help us find the best mortgage rate but they were quick, efficient, and responsiveness in helping us close. Steve the office manager is funny, friendly, and knows how to run things. During our closing with Irene Stein she was prepared, professional, and everything was quick and smooth!. This is our second home and we did not use their law firm the first time ( we had a lot of issues) this time was a breeze and we were more than pleasantly surprised ! The Stein Law Firm represented us in a purchase of a residential property. The negotiation and sale process had some unexpected complications, and the Stein team handled it professionally and expeditiously given lender-imposed time constraints. The Stein team worked closely with the mortgage lender to ensure that all legal requirements were satisfied and the loan was cleared in time for closing. Although we mostly communicated throughout the transaction with Irene’s team, who manage day-to-day operations, she was present at the closing. Irene was very organized and efficient that was in stark contrast to the seller’s side. She conducted herself in an utmost professional manner and clearly explained the final steps in the process. We enjoyed working with Irene and her team and would recommend her to other perspective clients.
