Scheduled an appointment/consultation regarding Trust. On the day of the appointment no contact. Called the office to find out that they tried to call me last week to reschedule. Did not receive any calls nor voicemail from them. Asked if there is an available time for the week or following week. None. Thanks for wasting my time and being "reasonable" on reschedule
Edit 19Nov24: Wish I would've known about that when discussing with the operator. However when calling the office twice. There was no mention of intake form and questionnaire

What is the main quality you want your lawyer to have? The answer of course is knowledge and experience. I retained Grimaldi & Yeung to help me with a Medicaid Application. It was a very involved process, but the lawyers at Grimaldi & Yeung handled the details flawlessly. Their knowledge and experience resulted in the approval of the application expeditiously. They were courteous and friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend this law firm.

Pauline Yeung-Ha is an understanding and compassionate lawyer.

This firm is great, amazing, caring, competent, true sense of justice, integrity and understanding of the everyday person especially elderly elderly in the community. I was helping my Auntie and Uncle but I lived in another state and could not travel. Attorney Yeung-Ha made a difficult and complicated situation flow smoothly with telephone conferences, detailed instruction, ongoing emails and telephone call from beginning to completion of our case.All of the staff were kind, competent and caring.

My parents were at the age of 91 and needed in home care. This law firm guided me and took on the process of applying for medicaid assistance. Angela Choy (paralegal) handled the case and kept me in the loop the entire time. It was a very good experience

Pauline Yeung used to be popular and recommended. And now probably she got enough clients, she is not as good as before. It is very difficult to reach her, if you sent a request to her, you would either receive no reply or get reply after many days, and the reply came from the assistant. It seems like nobody is working there actively.
