Well it was either a honey moon cruise, with possibility of being band from re-entry (felony on my record) into the US. Or get my citizenship, well at least seeing what my options were. From start to finish Matthew is always by your side. You can always reach him via email, and after working with him, you get the feel that its not about the money. He really wants to help and doesn’t judge you on your past mistakes. Even the immigration officer that was reviewing my case, told me I got my moneys worth with Matthew. Side note: Matthew was with me at every appointment, the last one they did seem confused to see him with me. They told us it wasn’t a reinterview, they needed me to sign paperwork cause my case was approved. Ps. Swore in late feb (GOD BLESS AMERICA) and Matthew as well.

Matthew guided us through both I-751 and N-400 applications, and we've been extremely grateful for his expert direction regarding immigration law and the particular workings of New York cases these days. We called him after contacting several other, considerably more expensive attorneys (whose offices weren't terribly informative or concrete over the phone). Matthew answered the phone himself, and was immediately friendly, clear, and specific. He was quick to respond to email queries throughout the long waiting process, and occasionally reached out to other legal contacts (e.g. to see what was up at a given USCIS office, something we appreciated). When our case was taking forever, he repeatedly contacted USCIS, and was able to get it moving again. He was informative and kind throughout, and seemed genuinely excited for us when our applications were successfully finished. Matthew helped us in filling out USCIS's weird and sometimes counterintuitive forms (where the forms were confusing or ambiguous, he knew what USCIS was looking for and directed us—probably saving us literal years of confusion and delay). It was very helpful to have someone with that level of knowledge. I'd recommend his services to anyone dealing with naturalization or family-based immigration processes. The only potential caveat is that if you expect to move during the process, it might be better to have a lawyer with a more stable address, to ensure that mail from USCIS is received. Matthew's address changed a couple of times over the several years we were dealing with USCIS, so he once or twice he did not receive notices. However, it seems that USCIS is increasingly posting copies of notices online so this might not be a major issue going forward. Also, as with any lawyer, it is good to proofread all your information; we've worked with a couple lawyers over the last half-decade, and with each of them, there has been the occasional detail that needed fixing. Most recently, Matthew shared with us his fantastic notes for the marriage-related interview for the I-751; they were very much in line with what we experienced in our interview. They were extremely detailed, both about the kinds of questions one might get asked, and about how to behave in the interview in general. When we got out of the interview, one of the first things we said to each other was how glad we were to have gone over his questions in advance (thank you, Matthew!).

I have to be honest, I retained Matt to clean up the mess that the previous lawyer made with my green card application. After my first consultation with him, I know I can trust him to take care of my green card process regardless of what happened. During our first consulation, we felt at ease knowing our options. I consulted Matthew about my H1-B RFE recently and after exchanging emails with him, I found his words to be the guiding light at the end of the tunnel for me. I was about to lose all hope when a couple of attorneys I consulted before him who told me that there is literally zero chance of me getting an approval for the specialty occupation RFE for my H1-B. And although I have yet to hire him, he went out of his way to give me detailed explanations on how to go about tackling the RFE. This fills me with confidence in his knowledge, expertise and integrity as an attorney. If he's willing to do that even before you decide to retain him, imagine how much more effort he will put in for you if you work with him. Overall, I feel that Matthew is a highly competent attorney who will fight for you! He is an attorney whom I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs help with their immigration case.

Matthew was very professional and followed the right procedure to handle my case which was very complicated considering that I was going through a divorce, my H4 application received an RFE and I had to quit my job where I was in H1B visa. It was very important for me not to gain illegal status considering that I had everything going against me. 2. He understood all my concerns and took care of all scenarios to make sure I don't gain illegal status. 3. He gave me important points to consider and gave me the option as to what decision to make. He did not force his view point. 4. He answered all my queries when in doubt and explained to me about every step we took and the reasons behind it. 5. Making payments is easy through his company's online portal.

I have hired Matthew to help me for the final process of the removing conditions on my green card and I recommend him without hesitation. He is extremely reliable, efficient and a great listener, even when I got really frustrated with delays in the process, he has been constantly supportive and always answered me quickly.
