Yana is one of the most compassionate people you will ever meet. She takes the time to explain the hard processes - whether you are looking to plan out you future or need help through losing a loved one. I highly recommend her.

Yana is a very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible lawyer. During the process of making a will for my mother, she gave me many options for what I can do. It was very personalized to my needs and was an all-around wonderful experience.

Yana very knowledgeable ,professional and accommodating person. I had used her services on couple of occasions. She helped my  family ones with the trust  and then again with trust/will. As far as price I think she was pretty reasonable too. The most important quality that she has ... she will uphold her promise. You can definitely rely on her she will not let you down. I came to Yana in an extreme time crunch. She had actually been recommended to me by another lawyer. I needed several documents drafted, including ones involving supplemental security income (SSI), a special needs trust and estate/will issues. Yana delivered up and beyond what was necessary, providing me with additional documents I didn't even know I needed. Her fee was more than fair and her work was impeccable. I would highly recommend her to friends and relatives.

I scheduled an appointment with Yana for help with estate planning. My situation is a bit unconventional (my husband is from another country and his immigration status is still pending), so I wanted to ensure that all factors were taken into account. Yana took the time to thoroughly go through all of my finances with me, explained various issues that I hadn't considered, and helped me create an estate plan that works best for my circumstances, including a will, testamentary trust, power of attorney and health care proxy. I had many questions, but Yana took the time to answer them all very clearly and without legal jargon, and she gave me examples of different scenarios to help me understand. I felt very comfortable with her and never felt like I was being rushed. Yana drafted all of the documents in less than a week, and I had everything finalized in just two visits. I highly recommend Yana for estate planning.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about, but Yana Feldman is a terrible attorney. She never returned my client files in a timely manner or fashion.

Yana helped me with my family's estate planning (multi-state properties, trusts and power of attorneys). My situation was a but complicated. She gave me very intelligent advice and she did it in a very pleasant way. It was easy to understand and easy to implement. It is nice to know that there are lawyers out there that truly care about helping people.

Worked with Yana on family related matters: Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney, etc. I had about seven hundred and twenty three questions about who and how makes decisions, who would inherit what and from whom, who gets notified about what and when and how. Yana was able to answer all of those without making me feel like I am overburdening her, offered a number of scenarios I didn't realize existed, and did all of this in a plain human language that actually made sense, rather than in some obscure terms that are only relevant to the folks who survived law school. She is very thorough and attentive and patient, and made the potentially tedious exercise into a pleasant one. I also urged my parents to work with Yana on their wills and planning documents, and they were very pleased with their experience, as well. Thank you, Yana, for being the lawyer who speaks the human language!
