My wife and I hired Paul to do the closing of a condo apartment in Brooklyn. Paul went through the documents with us and patiently answered all questions we had. He's very knowledgeable. Thanks to him we were able to negotiate the details of the deal for our benefit. He saved us money and time. Paul's rate is very reasonable.

When I came to Paul for a consultation, my landlord was asking me for enormous amount of money for surpassingly breaching the lease. Paul renegotiated the lease with a landlord, successfully defending my rights. As a result, my arrears went down from $18,500 to practically nothing. And then, Paul helped to draft a new lease, negotiated it with a landlord's attorney. We entered into a new lease on a much more clearer terms. Thank you, Paul.
